In these terms and conditions, the expressions we, us and our are a reference to CHPs for QLD.

If you use this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below and any other laws or regulations which apply to this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from using this website. CHPs for QLD reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on this website. Your continued use of this website following such notification will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended. 

Members and Associates

To post information in the discussion forum or otherwise participate in the website, your organisation must be a Member or Associate of CHPs for QLD. To gain access as a Member or Associate, a senior representative from your organisation must complete the appropriate registration details in the manner described on the website. For Members, this representative will be the organisation’s Delegate. For Associates, this representative will be the organisation’s Primary Contact.

Membership fees may apply.

Members and Associates can nominate staff members to participate in the website. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the website, and/or your organisation’s membership at any time if you breach these terms and conditions.

You must be 18 years of age or over to access the website.

Associates agree, with regard to their participation in the discussion forums, that they will not use the main forums to sell their products or services to members and that any sales-related activity will be restricted to the designated “Associate Services” discussion forum.

Intellectual property rights statement

All intellectual property rights in this website, including design, text, graphics, logos, icons, the selection and arrangement thereof, sound recordings and all software relating to this website belong to or are licensed by CHPs for QLD. These intellectual property rights are protected by Australian and international laws.

You are permitted to print one hard copy of the material for non-commercial use, research, criticism or review.

You may only share the information contained on this website for the purpose of private use, research, or review as permitted under copyright legislation.
